- Free Sydney Pickup
Free order collection is available at participating "Puppuccino pet spa" outlets in Sydney. There is no minimum order requirement.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before visiting the selected pickup location.
- Selected Sydney Suburbs
Local delivery is available to selected Sydney suburbs.
Free local delivery is offered on orders meeting the applicable minimum spend. A delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.
Eligible suburbs, minimum order values and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard Australian Shipping
We offer standard shipping to eligible addresses across Australia.
Shipping fees generally range from $10 to $20, depending on the delivery destination, parcel size and weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding the applicable minimum spend, as displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customers selecting free pickup from a participating "Puppuccino pet spa" outlet will receive confirmation when their order is ready.
Pickup locations and their availability will be displayed at checkout.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additional charges may apply where redelivery is required due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, where permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and photographs where available.
